A Q&A with our employee who makes Arborwear so amazing

Arborwear is a very special place, and it is the employees who make it so special. Our connections are what cultivates our family culture. That is why we are spotlighting our employees' alignment with our company vision, mission, and values. Libby is a Production Coordinator who has been with Arborwear for about 1 year! Learn more about Libby:

Q: What drew you to Arborwear originally?

A:  My sister-in-law sent me a Facebook post about Arborwear hiring for their move into the new building. I'm always looking to help out, and once I met the team, I knew this is where I wanted to be.

Q: How has the company changed since?

A: I joined right when the move happened, but we've become steady on our feet in this space. It’s been a great experience seeing operations’ efficiency grow and the team work together so well.

Q: What is your favorite Arborwear memory?

A: Staying late with a group of coworkers to ship out all Black Friday orders and smash a monthly shipping record!

Q: What motivates you to wake up and go to work?

A: The short commute and all the office dogs I get to pet during the day.

Q: What is your proudest moment at Arborwear?

A: I started out as a temp hire for the move and I kept finding ways to stick around. I was hired full time in January ‘22 as the Production Coordinator for our in-house embroidery and heat transfer decorating. I love the flexibility and opportunities available!

Q: What is the best career lesson/advice you’ve learned so far?

A: Everything happens for a reason. Even if things didn't work out the way you hoped, there's a better purpose ahead.

Q: What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

A: Working on house/yard projects or relaxing with my wife and our dog and cats while watching TV.

Q: What are 3 words to describe you?

A: Trustworthy, Resilient, and Clumsy

Q: What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know about?

A: Growing up, I had a cat and dog at separate times and I gave them the same name. #creative

Hi-5 Libby for all of your contributions, we appreciate you more than you’ll ever know!
