Q: What drew you to Arborwear originally?
A: My former– and now current– manager Matt Post told me about an opportunity here at Arborwear. Once I came up here, learned about the company, and met the people, I knew it was a great choice.
Q: How has the company changed since?
A: The company never stops changing. From new systems and buildings, to bringing production in house, I'm always thinking about what may come next!
Q: What is your favorite Arborwear memory?
A: Watching our new building come to be. I saw it from its start, then the demolition, and finally, the renovation.
Q: What is your proudest moment at Arborwear?
A: When the racking in the back warehouse was complete. Matt and I worked on that project for months trying to figure out the best configuration for the business.
Q: What is the best career lesson/advice you’ve learned so far?
A: Work to live. Don't live to work.
Q: What do you like to do when you aren’t working?
A: I enjoy woodworking, completing house renovations, and traveling.
Q: If you could meet anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be?
A: My grandfather. He passed away when I was young. Now that I am older, I feel that there is so much more I could have learned from him.
Q: What are 3 words to describe you?
A: Organized, Calm, Not-a-morning-person.
