Learn more about Caitlin:

Q: What drew you to Arborwear originally?

A: My mom sent me a post that said Arborwear was hiring for their retail team. At first, I wasn’t interested because it wasn’t really the industry I wanted to work in. Eventually, I went in for an interview and the rest is history!

Q: How has the company changed since?

A: Arborwear has grown so much. From new people and departments to a new location. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

Q: What is your favorite Arborwear memory?

A: Going to the Paul Bunyan Show with Brent and Reggie.

Q: What motivates you to wake up and go to work?

A: Knowing that I work with some of the most kind, supportive people I have ever met. No matter what problems we face, we face them together.

Q: What is your proudest moment at Arborwear?

A: When I won the chainsaw competition at Paul Bunyan.

Q: What is the best career lesson/advice you’ve learned so far?

A: Do what makes you happy. Also, you have to speak up if something isn’t right.

Q: What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

A: Anything and everything outside or climbing at my local rock climbing gym.

Q: If you could meet anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be?

A: Terry Francona

Q: What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?

A: I like to work on my truck when I have time.

Q: What are 3 words to describe you?

A: Adventurous. Quiet. Humble.

Hi-5 Caitlin for all of your contributions over the years, we appreciate you more than you’ll ever know!
