- Maintain satisfying social relationships

- Pack healthy snacks, not convenience foods. Eat your fruits and vegetables!
- Learn which relaxation mechanisms work for you.
- Eat enough protein. Consider nuts, such as almonds, that are full of healthy fatty acids.
- Remind yourself that it takes time to change old habits. Be kind to yourself and accept the things you cannot change.
