Here's how to build your boot program

How do you ensure your crew has the footwear they need for the job?

Some folks send their team out to get their own work boots and cut a check to reimburse them afterward.

But isn’t that a pain?

And then what do you do when the rookie comes back with a pair of boots that are just not cut out for the work ahead?

A solid boot program is a sound investment and a beneficial way to ensure everyone’s work boots are taken care of and up to standards. Let us give you a run-down of some of the ways Arborwear services boot programs for our customers.

Three pairs of boots scattered in a circular position. Boot brands include Carolina Shoe, Georgia Boot and Danner.

Credit Programs

Another way to implement a boot program for your crew is to offer a specific, chosen dollar amount of credit for their boots. You select boots to apply to the deal, and they choose the best pair for their needs.

It’s essential for all crew members to have secure, supportive, and comfortable footwear for the job. By helping your team and giving them what they need to upgrade their boots, you’re showing them how much you appreciate their work and need them in your corner.

Feeling undervalued is one of the top reasons people leave their jobs. Nothing says, “I appreciate you and your hard work.” like a solid safety boot, a tough logger, or warm insulated footwear.

Payroll Deduct

With certain level customers, we offer payroll deduction programs where crew members can pay off their uniform/boot purchase order in 1-3 pay periods.

We'll do the heavy lifting...
