Check-in After Big Projects
While it's a relief to see the fruits of your labor on a finally-finished project, a big team effort can be exhausting for the crew. Make sure they know you appreciate them and their hard work with some positive words of rewards/gifts, or your own efforts to help out. Breathe Like A Navy Seal
All it takes is 5 minutes to recenter yourself so you are ready to perform and lead in the safest way possible. Inhale for 4 seconds. Hold your breath for 4 seconds. Exhale for 4 seconds. Repeat for 5 minutes. This boxed breathing technique is used by the Navy Seals in high-stress environments, so it is quite beneficial.
Change Into Something More Comfortable
Changing into more comfortable clothing after a long day helps your mind go from work mode to rest mode. For people as hardworking as you, this is very necessary.
