Putting the personal in PPE

Our chainsaw protection is the lightest weight, best-fitting, and best value on the market.

We’re constantly testing, developing, and sourcing new chainsaw safety wearables to elevate your PPE game and keep you as safe as possible while you work.

Chainsaw protection that fits properly increases safety on the job. That’s why we tailor our collection of PPE to all body shapes and sizes. Leg protection or foot protection - we put the “personal” in PPE.

How do we make sure our chainsaw protection gives you the best fit? Let’s find out.

Chainsaw Pants

Chainsaw Pants, Sized Like Normal Pants

We have been selling pants for 25 years.  We know how many different body shapes there are and how hard it can be to fit them with just simple measurements like Small, Medium, and Large.  We used our selling history and our experience with FIT to develop the first pair of chainsaw pants sized by true waist and inseam measurements.   Ironwood Chainsaw Pants launched 3 years ago and have proven themselves in the field.  Since then we’ve expanded our line to include the lightweight Dogwoods using the same proven FIT and size philosophy.

It’s simple. If you know the size of your favorite pair of work pants, you know your size in Arborwear’s chainsaw pants. Find your size in each pair of our chainsaw pants.

Dogwood Chainsaw Pants (Apron) 28”- 46” Waist by 28” - 36” Inseam
Dogwood Chainsaw Pants (Calf Wrap) 30” - 42” Waist by 28” - 38” Inseam
Women’s Dogwood Chainsaw Pants (Apron) 0”-16” Waist by 28”-38” Inseam
Women’s Dogwood Chainsaw Pants (Calf Wrap) 0”-14” Waist by 28”- 38” Inseam
Ironwood Chainsaw Pants 28”-40” Waist by 28”-38” Inseam
Women’s Ironwood Chainsaw Pants 0”-18” Waist by 28”-38” Inseam

That is over 200 sizes to choose from!

RAC Chaps

Chaps with Adjustable Straps

Our chaps are easily customizable to fit your body type and shape. The RAC Chaps feature replaceable (and adjustable and comfortable) straps that can be moved up or down your legs, depending on your height and width needs.

These chaps come in three sizes, two widths, and have a foldable waistband to fit in between lengths.

RAC Chaps Accessories

For an Even Better Best Fit

We made accessories for our chainsaw chaps so you can get the most out of your already-best-fitting PPE

  • Do your chap straps have damage? Replace them without replacing the entire pair of chaps.
  • Need a little extra storage on your belt? You’ll love our Chap Tool Pouch
  • Are you looking to extend your chaps’ waistband? We developed a Waistband Extension that extends the chaps waistband by 18 inches. The better the fit, the better protection.
